Who we are

TA Embedded is an embedded software business based in Lyon, France. These terms apply to your use of this website, your account, the courses and the newsletter. Questions: contact@ta-embedded.com.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share your login or resell access to course content.
• I may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or abuse the site.

Courses and content

• Courses, lessons, articles and code samples are owned by TA Embedded unless stated otherwise.
• You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute or publish them without written permission.
• Content is provided for education. I do my best to keep it accurate, but it is provided as is, without warranty, and you use it at your own risk, especially in safety-critical or production hardware.

Newsletter

If you tick the newsletter box, or subscribe through a newsletter form, you agree to receive emails about new articles, courses and updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time at no cost.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Don't post unlawful, abusive or misleading content in comments or messages.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, TA Embedded is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by French law.
